Our Approach
We worked closely with their leadership to develop new messaging that reflects their core mission and values. We updated their website to reflect this clarity, redesigned the email newsletters (which we segmented for better targeting), and developed story-driven social media posts. We also launched a LinkedIn newsletter and continue to write weekly blog articles.
The Outcome
The segmented newsletter achieved an open rate of 58% (up from 38%) and a click-through rate of 12% (up from 2%). Their digital presence now feels more consistent and community-focused. We are currently producing video content to expand the nonprofit’s reach on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
